Our client is a Fortune 100 global asset manager. The company is expanding the universe and scope of its real estate investments and adopting a truly diversified business model. On an assets under management basis, the business is one of the leading global real estate investment managers today.Role:
This is a newly created position. The Director of Fund Accounting and Accounting Policy will report to the group Managing Director and lead a team responsible for the fund accounting, financial reporting and accounting policy guidance for a high profile portfolio of assets. As the company looks to the future, it is anticipated that the incoming Director will assume the Managing Director position.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• 10 years accounting experience (public accounting experience is a plus)
• Real Estate and/or Private Equity experience critical
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred but not required
