Client:

Our client is a growing software company. A recent major transaction has the organization poised for significant growth. They plan to expand both organically and through strategic acquisitions. As such, they are building a best in class finance function to support these initiatives.

Role:

The incoming Director will report to the Global Controller and be tasked with leading and driving the worldwide financial reporting and technical accounting group. S/he will provide technical accounting guidance and support to all company entities. This will include involvement in due diligence and other activities surrounding acquisitions/dispositions.

Qualifications:

  • 5- 10 years of combined public accounting and industry experience.
  • Strong technical accounting, financial reporting and internal controls foundation.
  • CPA highly desired.
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven track record of developing and leading high performing teams.
