Our client is a global asset management firm with $40 Billion in assets under management headquartered in Hartford.Role:
The role is available due to a promotion. Reporting to a Managing Director of Financial Reporting, the incoming Director will lead a team responsible for the financial reporting and accounting for a complex investment portfolio. This will include providing critical technical accounting guidance regarding M&A activities. The Associate Director will enjoy a high level of exposure to the C-Suite and numerous opportunities for internal mobility.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience, ideally a mix of public accounting and private industry
- MBA and CPA is desirable
- Experience in real estate investment or asset management industries
- Strong financial systems and technology foundation. ERP implementation experience highly desirable
- Effective presentation and communication skills
