Our client is a premier healthcare provider with locations throughout Fairfield County.Role:
They are rapidly expanding and seeking a Chief Financial Officer to help steer and guide them through this growth period and beyond. Reporting to the CEO, the incoming CFO will provide critical internal financial reporting and analysis and lead continual process improvement initiatives. S/he will lead and mentor a team responsible for the day to day accounting and finance activities.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA ideal.
- 10 or more years of accounting experience. Healthcare industry experience ideal but not required.
- Experienced with successfully leading companies with <$100M in revenues.
- Proven leadership and staff mentoring and development experience
